Inflatable Booths

A: There are a few potential reasons why your booth is not staying inflated:
- Please refer to our “How it works” section for instructions on proper booth inflation guidance.
- Please check if all the air vents are zipped closed.
- Please check if the air blower is working properly and that it is supplying air to the booth.
- Please check if there is any leakage of air in any part of the booth that may be caused by tears or punches. If leakage occurs due to damages, please contact us for further assistance.
A: We have demo videos and instructions you can find in our “How it Works” section of the website. You should be able to find useful information on there to assist you.
A: Inflatable booths typically require an electric air blower or pump to maintain inflation. Ensure you have access to a power source and consider using extension cords if needed. Check the power requirements of the air blower or pump and ensure it matches your power supply. When using multiple high power air blowers, it is recommended to use different power outlets for each blower to avoid overloading the power circuit.
A: Depending on your location and the type of events, you may need permits or approvals from local authorities. Check with your local government or event organizers to ensure compliance with any regulations related to temporary structures.
A: Yes, proper storage is crucial to extend the life of your inflatable booth:
- Ensure the booth is completely dry before folding and storing it to prevent mold and mildew.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects.
- Avoid storing in areas with extreme temperatures or high humidity.
- Store booths in a rodent-free environment.
A: Yes, inflatable paint booths can be used for a variety of applications that require a controlled, dust-free environment, such as sanding, coating, or detailing projects. Their portability and flexibility make them useful for many industries.
A: Yes, inflatable booths are versatile and can be used both indoors and outdoors. Just ensure that the setup area is suitable for the booth’s size and that outdoor installations are anchored properly. Although inflatable booths are usable both indoors and outdoors, they are not designed to be used as a permanent structure. When the booth is not in use, it is highly recommended to deflate and store away for future use.
A: Inflatable paint booths are best used in moderate weather conditions. Extreme weather such as heavy rain, high winds, snow, or extreme heat/cold may affect the booth’s stability and durability. It is recommended to avoid using inflatable booths in these conditions or to ensure additional anchoring and protection when necessary.

A: Setup time varies depending on the size of the booth, but most inflatable paint booths can be fully inflated and ready for use within 10-20 minutes. Larger booths may require additional setup for ventilation and filtration systems.

A: Industrial-grade exhaust fans and duct systems, are designed to work paired with the Air Draft Devices, improve air circulation by reducing fumes, dust, and stale air from circulating within the inflatable booths. This combination ensures cleaner air and better ventilation for a safer work environment.
A: Our Exclusive Patent Air Draft Device is specialized components designed to enhance the airflow within inflatable structures, ensuring efficient air circulation. It is exclusively designed to work with Ejaee branded paint booths only. Ideal for anyone looking to improve and enhance their paint booth overspray and drafting of particles toward and outside of the paint booth environment.
A: Any filters are generally not designed to be cleaned and reused. Once they are saturated with contaminants, they should be replaced with a new filter.
A: Yes, both filters are replaceable. To maintain air quality and efficiency, it is important to replace these filters periodically. Replacement filters are available, and we provide detailed recommendations and options for consideration.
A: Activated carbon filters are designed to remove odors, gases, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from the air. They are effective at capturing pollutants that are not always addressed by standard filters.
A: Our EPA-grade filters are made with the highest quality and follow the EPA requirements for filtration standards. Our filters have been submitted to the EPA for certification and they are currently pending for approval.
A: Our high-quality commercial-grade air blowers are UL-certified. They are designed and built with the highest standards in the industry. They typically can run continuously for up to 10-14 days without any issues. However, air blowers are not waterproof, and we do not recommend having air blowers to be used in outdoor environments that may be exposed to extreme weather and near body of water that may cause damage.
A: Depending on the product and the size of the product, different power of air blower is required for inflation. It is recommended to use a proper power air blower for the inflation to prevent under or over inflation of the inflatable product. Please consult with the product’s specification needed to air blower or contact us for proper recommendations.
A: Yes, most of our paint booths are supplied with two air blowers. One for booth inflation and one for providing airflow into the booth. Our paint booths are designed to have an optional secondary air blower to inject more airflow into the booth to create stronger air circulation.
A: Yes, our high-end commercial-grade air blowers are suitable to use on any inflatable products such as paint booths, bounce houses, arches, outdoor decorations, and more.

However, transit time may be longer if there are any unforeseen circumstances or causes of natural disasters/weather that may interrupt and delay shipment delivery. Once the order is shipped and a tracking number is provided, you can monitor and track your shipment via the carrier’s website for up-to-date status and information.
A: Depending on the product or products you ordered. Typical order processing and shipping out time is 1-2 business days. If products require customization or special ordering, it may take up to a week to several weeks.
A: At this time, we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery during checkout.
A: If you are not home, the carrier may leave the package at your door, or apartment or attempt redelivery. For high-value products, we require a signature upon delivery to ensure the package is safely received. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling the delivery or arranging pickup at a secure location. To avoid multiple delivery attempts and ensure timely receipt, we suggest assigning someone to be available to sign for the package.
