A: If you are not home, the carrier may leave the package at your door, or apartment or attempt redelivery. For high-value products, we require a signature upon delivery to ensure the package is safely received. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling the delivery or arranging pickup at a secure location. To avoid multiple delivery attempts and ensure timely receipt, we suggest assigning someone to be available to sign for the package.
